People are referred to me all of the time. Whether they are in my specialty I recruit for or not, it is important, to me to try and help them out as much as I can. As stated in an earlier posting, "Recruiters offer hope". The one main message I try to share and give is to let candidates know - they need a plan.
What kind of plan do I need, you may ask - well a job searching plan. A good example of this plan is here on about.com
