I use TalentSpring (http://www.talentspring.com/). This site takes a job description and ranks all Linked-In profiles against that job description. It doesn't use boolean, but instead uses algorithms that simulate a recruiter reading a stack of resumes. Does the last company have the same expertise? Did the job seeker job-hop? Do they have the exact skills needed to do the job.

The site is a little like Infogist in that it plugs into resume databases.
