Would anyone have recommendations regarding educational sources for Boolean String Searches? As I've just launched my Firm I would like to find some inexpensive (read FREE) options that will enable me to dig deep within the internet to find passive candidates. I do not plan on using job boards so this would be extremely valuable, in addition to social networking. Thank you!

"EXACT PHRASE" search query:

Does anybody here know why some job boards only accept the apostrophe either side of the words, whilst others only accept the brackets to establish an exact phrase search?

Also, I've noticed a lot of job boards come up with a load of rubbish, unless you actually add the word..... AND ....in between the search words you are using, as opposed to search engines which totally ignore the .... AND .....
