Did you hear the news - Linkedin and Twitter are forming a partnership. This takes the Premier Business networking site and connects it to the Premier Micro-blogging site - VERY COOL.

Looking for a Job? Do you have a plan?
People are referred to me all of the time. Whether they are in my specialty I recruit for or not, it is important, to me to try and help them out as much as I can. As stated in an earlier posting, "Recruiters offer hope". The one main message I try to share and give is to let candidates know - they need a plan.

The Power of Networking
Why don’t more people Network? It boggles my mind, especially in this type of economy - it is not who applies to the job first, BUT who you know and who knows who. If a company has a job opening, do you think they will post it first OR ask for referrals and see who may know someone? Networking is simple. It is staying in touch. Recruiters offer HOPE...
Recruiters need to remember the one thing they offer candidates, is HOPE. I recently participated in the Columbus NBC4, HR Hotline, along with Buckeye Resumes (A Job Search and Resume Coach) and the Ohio Job and Family Services Dept..
