Networking Tip of the Week -

Fill out your profile completely - Let other Members know who you are, your experience, background and experience. Sort of like an online resume. How else can other members get to know you?

People are referred to me all of the time. Whether they are in my specialty I recruit for or not, it is important, to me to try and help them out as much as I can. As stated in an earlier posting, "Recruiters offer hope". The one main message I try to share and give is to let candidates know - they need a plan.
