My responsibility is the Chamber's Attract & Retain Talent initiative (www.columbusinternships.com, www.liveworkplaycolumbus.com, and young professionals) so recruiters are my constituency, my audience, if you will. As I like to say, I'm not a recruiter, I do not play one on TV and I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

- Hi Eleanor. Companies in the area are definitely hiring in the accounting and finance areas as well as the human resources field. I don't work a lot with marketing candidates or clients who may have those needs and wouldn't want to comment incorrectly. The largest set back in the area is the banking/financial services sector. I hope this helps.
